surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely
satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within
30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or
exchange (less shipping and handling charges).

to receive your return authorization code.
Please write this authorization code on the return shipping label and the original invoice.
The original invoice must be included in the returned package.

| Secure all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in,
including the gift boxes within which your order was shipped.
We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged, NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you discarded any of these shipping materials, or would like any help with this step of the process,

| Ship your purchase to Diamond-Queen.com. 295 Laketrail Drive, Alpharetta, GA30022, USA.
Via U.S. Postal Service, or any insured currier.
Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it, with return receipt.
We are not responsible for items that are lost in the shipping process.

selection, provided the first purchase is returned within
30 days of shipment. If you prefer an exchange to a refund,
